Belial then does a pose and imitates Young, and looks proud after he does it. Katsu Kaishu praises his craftsmanship, and he remarks that it is so good because the one he was cosplaying was helping oversee him making it. Belial shows off his cosplay, noting that he spent a lot of time working on it up until the festival. He just says that they have had interactions before. Belial says that they are BFFs, though Young admits that he doesn't quite understand what Belial means. Katsu Kaishu notices that Belial is cosplaying as Young, and asks if they are friends. Belial apologizes, while Katsu Kaishu recognizes Belial and Young, noting that the latter is from ACADEMIA.
Young, who was nearby, scolds Belial for running off like that, warning that he could cause some trouble if he bumps into some people with heavier costumes.
They soon run into Belial, who quickly walks up to them. They arrive at the east wing of the venue, and Katsu Kaishu explains that this is where cosplayers meet up with one another to show off their costumes or to share tips and tricks about making outfits and props. With that, they leave to start patrolling the ALICos venue. Katsu Kaishu explains that interactions like this is what makes ALICos so fun, and says that she hopes the adapter can enjoy it as well, even though they are there to make sure nothing goes wrong. The two attendees thank Katsu Kaishu for doing this, and leave. Katsu Kaishu readily agrees, and asks the adapter to take the picture using their camera. Some ALICos attendees approach Katsu Kaishu, and ask if they can get a picture with her since her cosplay is so pretty. She admits that she is a little sleep deprived from how much time she spent on it, but is so happy with it nonetheless due to how great it ended up. She asks the adapter what they think of her Mobius cosplay, and says that she spent a lot of time making sure all of the details were as good as she could get them. She also notes that they were asked to make sure they didn't ruin the atmosphere of the festival, so rather than their normal outfits they dressed up in cosplay in order to better fit in. She says that BANG has come to act as security guards, and to keep watch. Katsu Kaishu explains that the ALICos Fes committee had received a blackmail letter from someone threatening to ruin ALICos, and that is why she asked the adapter to help. She realizes that she hasn't fully explained the situation yet, so she takes the adapter over to a corner to speak in private. She says that it was worth all the effort she spent on her cosplay, but they still have work they need to do and they need to be careful. Katsu Kaishu walks up to the adapter, wearing a Mobius cosplay. The crowd becomes excited, as many people are excited to show off their handiwork or to see others' cosplays.
